Outcome of Dentist Appointment

Yesterday I went to the dentist to get a troublesome tooth taken care of. I didn't expect them to do much at all. For the past five years, any dentist I went to pretty much only did the basics. They never actually tried to fix the issues I have with my teeth. We've always ran into something that stopped me from my goal. My goal is a full mouth extraction and dentures. It's hard finding a dentist who'd be willing to pull all the teeth of a 24 yr old.

The dentist deemed it medically necessary to have a full mouth extraction and dentures placed. My prayer answered. I began crying because I never thought I'd hear those words.

I've been referred to a dentist who will remove all my teeth. I've called and made the consultation appointment. The sooner I get it and get this started, the sooner I will be in a good pain. Pain from healing and on my way to a beautiful smile once again.

I will be documenting each step (if all parties agree) so all my followers can follow me with this journey as well.

Thanks to all those who added me into their prayers. God Bless.

Prayers Needed

For all those out there willing.... please add me to your prayers. I've been in pain for the past day over my teeth. My fiance is calling around to see if he can get me into a dentist. I need all of my teeth pulled at the age of 24. The pain is too much. As I'm writing this, I am looking at my screen through tears. I'm asking for everyone to pray that I get the help that I need when it comes to getting this taken care of.

Thank you very much.

AT&T services and dropped calls

I've had a cell phone for about 5 years. Well, I should say with a contract. When I first got my cell phone, my fiance and I went with the best provider in our area. Cellular One. After about two years of service, AT&T bought the rights to Cell One. From that point, my cell phone service has went down hill and has continued to go down hill.

It seems that AT&T claims to have the best 3G network out there. I beg to differ with this. I've lived in several area's where my cell phone doesn't work. For over two years, I lived in Fairview, WV.  Within those two years, I could only use my cell phone when I went into Fairmont. Then, I moved to Masontown, PA. When we first stayed there, our cell phones worked fine. (This was during the merger with the two cell companies) Once the merger was done, so was the cell phone service. I had to walk into town to get service. Let me say this, walking in the cold just to make a phone call sucks.

So, some ask me why I don't just get a house phone. I look at it this way. Number one we were staying with family at the time. Therefore, it wasn't our decision to get a land line phone. Second, I feel that with paying $150.00 - $175.00 a month for cell phone service... we should get awesome service for our hard earned money.

Shortly after this problem arise, we moved to where we live now. Our cell phone service has been touch and go since we moved in over a year ago. As of today, I'm lucky to make or receive phone calls as well as text messages. I can't seem to make any calls at all when I'm at home. I have to walk into town to make calls when my daughter is in school. I don't know about you, but I quite frankly don't want to be making important calls to utility companies and such in public. That's my personal business. Not everyone who walks by.

So, I'm writing this to see if any other AT&T customers out there have any other problems like we are having? If so, have you called about it? I know we've called a million times. We've complained but nothing seems to be getting through to this company.

If things continue to go the way they are, I wont renew my contract. That's for sure.

Blogging and Followers

As I was sitting in my living reading through blogs others have posted, something came to my mind. We have blog hops to get more followers and we even reach out to those on twitter too. We can even include facebook in on this as well.

My role as a follower..... I feel when I hit that follow button on someone elses blog... I am supposed to interact with it. Such as reading future posts and making more then my first "I'm your newest follower" post. I try to engage in all the blogs I follow one way or another.

But what do you do when you don't get the favor in return?

I even go to the limits to retweet about blog hops, giveaways, and much more.

Anyone else do this too and feel the same way at times??

Take Out That Ponytail!! (Passing on from: Mommy Mind Spa)

OK moms .. let’s talk about your ponytail. You know I can see you ... right? I can see your hair pulled back in the same old ponytail that you wear every single day!!

How do I know this? Because I do it too. Most moms do!

We don’t normally have time to style our hair. Who’s kidding who ... unfortunately, having kids means we get less and less time to take care of ourselves ... and make us feel pretty.

Today ... all moms are going to remove the scrunchy. We are taking out the ponytail. We are going to take 5 minutes (or more!) and do something pretty with our hair.

I have this awesome pink flat iron that I love! But of course, it rarely gets used. It takes me 30 minutes to blow dry my hair and flat iron it properly ... and I don’t have that kind of time.

But today ... I’m going to take the time and flat iron my hair. Today ... I’m wearing my hair down!

Join me! Take your Mom-ME Moment today and do something nice with your hair. You deserve it!

Day Seven- Favorite Vacation

On day Seven we are asked to share our favorite vacation. My favorite is one that we look forward to every year. Camping with the family. It's so much fun. Each of us either rent a cabin or join in with someone else.

It's great watching all the kids run around having fun and even so fighting. It reminds me of when my sisters and I were little. The little fights we had seems so big to us but watching my daughter and her cousins..... some times it gets very amusing. Especially with two drama queens.

Here are a few pictures from this years Camping Trip:

One of the Cabins
All the older girls playing in the sand at the beach.

The boat every one enjoys. (Especially my dad and step-Mom)

Watching the girls ride their bikes.
Yummy Snacks.... <3
And just chillaxin having a great time. (My youngest niece)

Day Five- Photo of Something that Makes You Happy

For Day Five we are asked to post a picture of something that makes us happy. There's not one photo that will justify what makes me happy. Therefore, I added them all.

1. My Daughter

2. My Sisters

3. My Nephew

4. One of My awesome Nieces

My Awesome Nieces

These are only some of my FAMILY that makes me happy. If I added everyone, you'd be here looking all day. But these are the ones that have that special place within my heart. Watching my sisters grow with me in my life and making memories will always last me a lifetime. I just love watching my nephew and nieces grow. The most enjoyable aspect is watching each one of them grow and seeing how they have changed.

Day One- Introduce Yourself

Hello. My name is Raebeth. I'm 24 years old. I live in PA, United States. I am engaged and have one daughter. My fiance and I met in a Yahoo Chat room and we've been together ever since. I love to read and write. I have written one short story and two novels. All are in the process of being editted. The writing phase of the novels are my favorite part. And the editing.... well.... not so much.

I am a college graduate. I went to American Intercontinental University Online and graduated on the Dean's List. My daughter just started Kindergarten this past week. It's a change for all of us here in our home. Even our family has to adjust.

My mom is my best friend. We talk about everything. She's my rock in life.

I write on three different blogs. This one being my main. You can find the links below.

And that's really all I am willing to share. :)

Here's the blog that is surrounded by my daughter. All of our funny little stories are here Emma's World

Here is the blog that pertains to my writing: The Writing World

The Blunt Truth

OK so normally I'm not right out with how I feel. Well, I can't hold my tongue any longer. I love blog hops. I mean love them. Every chance to be part of one, I'm there. I also follow as many blogs as I can. Well, those that are worth the follow anyway. I am not one that likes blogs that focus on giveaways or reviews of stuff.

I also hate and I mean hate when a blog has music on it. If I go to a blog and music starts blasting, I close out on it. I'm there to read not listen to music. If I wanted to listen to music, I'd go turn on the radio. Another thing that bothers me is the "Please type the word to ensure your human." pop ups... this drives me nuts.

OK now that is out of the way. Do you have any plans for your holiday weekend? We really don't. There has been so much going on, we are using this weekend to get caught up on some of the thing we are behind on.

Thanks for reading and have a wonderful weekend.

In Response to a Blog

I can across a rather interesting blog by one of my favorite bloggers. Today's blog reminded me of when I grew up what I wanted to be. So, in response to the question asked, I'm writing my answer on my blog. To check out the main post, click The Adventures of J-Man and Millerbug.
